Q: How do I reach customer service?

A: You may reach customer service by emailing sales@mogsboutique.com or by calling **843-309-9412**. We are in the office from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Tuesday-Saturday, and respond to emails and phone calls during those hours. Please give us 24-72 hours to respond.

 

Q: Do you sell gift cards?

A: Yes, and they make perfect gifts! You can purchase gift cards.

Q: Do you have a storefront?

A: Yes, we have a store front located at 823 S. Fifth Street Hartsville, South Carolina

The store front is open Tuesday- Friday 12PM-6PM and Saturdays 10AM -4PM

 

Q: I forgot my password, what should I do?

A: Please click the “Forgot Password” link on the My Account Log In page and enter your email address.

 

Sizing

Q: How do your sizes run?

A: Please see our size chart for more information here. Of course, different styles have different fits. We ask that you refer to the description of each item you are interested in. We try to identify specific elements of each product there, for further questions about any items feel free to call us at **843-309-9412** or email sales@mogsboutique.com.

 

Q: What is the difference between a size XL and size 1X?

A: Each of our curvy items are sized according to their manufacturer. Please refer to the description of each curvy size item and the size chart here.

 

Order (Payment)

Q: What payment options do you accept?

A: We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or multiple forms of payment EXCLUDING GIFT CARDS AND GIFT CARD CODES those can be combined with another form of payment.

 

Q: Can I use discount codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale?

A: At this time, you can only use discount codes for regular priced items, and they cannot be combined with other codes/discounts.

Q: I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?

A: Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order.

 

Q: Where is my order confirmation?

A: As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation. If for some reason, you did not get an e-mail, please check your spam folder and add sales@mogsboutique.com to your safe sender list.

 

Shipping

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hartsville, South Carolina, where our customer service office is also located.

 

Q: Is there an option for local pick up?

A: Yes, we offer local pick up at our store front. Items can be picked up during our store hours, but please give us 24-72 hrs. to process you order. You will receive an email when your item(s) are ready to be picked up.

 

 

Q: Can I expedite shipping?

A: Currently, we only offer priority shipping.

 

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Expectations are during high-volume times when processing time may take 5-7 business days. We are open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Tuesday – Saturday.

 

Q: What if my package does not arrive?

A: Contact us with the order number on your invoice to make sure that shipping information was correct. Once the package leaves our warehouse and you have received a shipping notification, the United States Postal Service is responsible for the delivery of your package. If your package is lost, you may file a claim with the USPS. www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

 

Returns

Q: What do I do if my items do not fit or are damaged?

A: Please refer to our Return/Damage Items Policy here. Damages must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your package.

 

Q: How long do returns take to process

A: Once your item arrives at our warehouse, your return will be processed within 3-7 business days. You will receive an online credit code to be used at www.mogsboutique.com.  These can only be redeemed online they cannot be used in-store.

 

Q: Can I return, or exchange items purchased on sale?
